CANCELLATION POLICY

If you’re unable to make your appointment, you’re welcome to send someone else in your place. However if you are unable to fill your appointment time slot and less than 48 hours notice is given 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. If less than 24 hours notice is given and you are unable to fill your appointment time 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

** Please understand that I have to strictly enforce my CANCELLATION POLICY. If no one shows up, I lose income for those hours, which directly impacts my livelihood, and as we all know Toronto is expensive! Your consideration and understanding are greatly appreciated. **
